Mill Resort climate - any danger?

For Mill Resort climate there is always a danger of a hurricane bearing down on the Island. The hurricane tracks are far of Mill Resort but winds can take them anywhere.

Although Mill Resort is better adapted to dealing with hurricanes because its people have become used to them and are more aware of their impact. And there are places of substantial elevation.

As part of risk assessment, a computer programme has been devised to “fast forward” time and look at the likelihood of hurricanes of various strengths following historical tracks across the globe.

So tourism is full protected and you can safetly plan your trip.

Mill Resort climate - a reason to plan your trip now

The weather of Aruba is tropical but not extreme, with an average temperature of 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 degrees Celsius). The island lies far outside the Hurricane Belt, so there is virtually no threat of tropical storms. In the vast majority of cases, Aruba only experiences fringe effect weather of nearby heavy tropical storms, if at all. Rainfall is scant, averaging about 18 inches per year, most of it coming October through January, so you wont find much of the lush green of the other islands. And unlike most of the other Caribbean islands, Aruba is flat and dry. The desert landscape is scattered with boulders and cactus, but the beaches are refreshing and beautiful. Even when it does rain, the rains tend to be erratic and short, and it is rare for the sun not to be shining most of the day. The sea around most of the Aruba is generally calm and clear, with visibility in some areas reaching depths of more than 100 feet. The only exception is the rugged northeast coast where the sea tends to be rough with high waves that beat against the rocks, resulting in jagged rock formations and shapes such as the Natural Bridge (the Caribbeans highest) carved out of coral cliffs. The trade winds cool the island, making lying in the sun very comfortable, but this also makes the potency of the sun very deceptive, and care should be taken, particularly between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The use of sunscreen is strongly recommended, especially for fairer-skinned people.
